Hollywood star Johnny Depp returns to the witness stand on Monday to answer additional questions from attorneys for ex-wife Aquaman Star in front of a jury that will decide the actors' dueling defamation claims. Depp, 58, is suing Heard, 36, for $50 million after she accused him of abuse before and during their roughly two-year marriage. The "Pirates of the Caribbean" actor has argued that Heard was the one who became violent in the relationship. Heard, known for roles in "Aquaman" and "Justice League," has counter-sued for $100 million, saying Depp smeared her by calling her a liar. Last week, Heard's attorneys presented emails and text messages that Depp had sent to Heard, friends, family and associates that were often filled with expletives and vulgar descriptions. Mike Tyson was seen repeatedly a punching a fellow passenger on a flight from San Francisco to Florida on Wednesday night, leaving the man with a bloody forehead. Cell phone footage, obtained by TMZ, shows the former heavyweight champion smacking an allegedly over-eager fan seated directly behind him. That man initially had a cordial exchange with Tyson, according to TMZ. A witness says the man and a friend greeted the 55-year-old boxing legend as they boarded the plane and even got their picture taken with Tyson. Tyson soon grew tired of engaging with the fan and reportedly asked him to be quiet. A suspect was charged early Thursday with the brutal slaying of Queens mom Orsolya Gaal — with multiple sources telling The Post he was her handyman ex-lover. David Bonola, 44, was taken into custody and charged with murder, criminal tampering and criminal possession of a weapon over the brutal weekend stabbing, the NYPD confirmed early Thursday. The jury in  Johnny Depp 's defamation trial heard audio recordings of Depp and  Amber Heard  talking about a fight in which she admits to hitting him and where he claims she kicked the bathroom door against his head. The recordings appear to have been taken by Depp, who earlier talked about making a habit of it. It was the first time the trial had heard Heard's voice - she is due to testify later in the case. The woman whose body was discovered stuffed in a blood-filled duffel bag in Queens early Saturday morning has been identified as married mother-of-two 51-year-old   Orsolya Gaal . A local resident was the first to stumble across the grisly scene. Noticing the blood, they dialed dispatchers at around 8:11 a.m. But police didn’t arrive to the scene until a second pedestrian opened the bag, found a mangled body packed in a fetal position and dialled 911. An order filed by the judge in the defamation trial involving Johnny Depp and Amber Heard has excluded a friend and supporter of Heard from the courtroom for the remainder of the trial. Eve Barlow, a culture journalist and supporter of Heard who has sat in the front row of the courtroom close to Heard throughout the first three days of the trial, was excluded due to a plaintiff’s motion by Depp asking that she be removed “for the pendency of the trial,” according to court documents received by CourtTV.
