I’m not sure if this is illegal or not. If you take a fire arm and point the barrel towards someone it instantly becomes a felony with attempt at murder. But the castle doctrine may make that incorrect because she’s on her property. That said, she’s crazy and they should bar her from using Amazon.

I hope Amazon has let her know they will no longer deliver to her.
