But hey, let’s call this the barter system. Hey, I’m a little interested in these, too. 


Someone hit me and they, I hit you with the Jojo. I’m throwing food around. This is a real crime cops. He destroyed the store. You can put it on YouTube. You can tell them what America’s done. Where is police? He came to me. He came to hide me, I’m scared. I’m scared in the back door.

Brian Christopher Miller was arrested on suspicion of first-degree criminal mischief and third-degree robbery, both felony charges. He was booked into jail but has since been released. 


The man filming is okay and he's pressing charges.


According to the store owner’s son and what you can see in the video, Miller came into the store to buy cigarettes and started berating the store owner, who is Afghan. The man made racially charged comments about the gas station worker’s ethnicity.


The video shows Miller throwing things at the storeowner, knocking over heavy objects in his direction and threatening to kill him. In the meantime, the store owner’s son, who requested that their names not be released for safety reasons, issued this statement:


“I believe this was an example of white privilege. The guy was released less than 24 hours after it happened with just a slap on the wrist. If the roles were reversed, I think the outcome would have been very different.”
