Baltimore Cops Grocery Store Shootout with Security Guard Body Cam Footage

The Baltimore Police Department released the body cam footage from last month’s shootout inside a Compare Foods supermarket. You see 2 cops walk into the store as bystanders tell them a security guard is walking around with his handgun out. Then out of nowhere, you can hear gunshots ring out, which made the officers run for cover.

One officer fired back, and the armed standoff continued as he tried to find a better place for cover. As the video continues, he makes his way up a flight of stairs to find a room filled with terrified workers.

The suspect, 34-year-old Dontae Green, made a run for it out the back door. A week later, U.S. Marshals tracked him down and got into another shootout with him, but this time Green was shot and killed.
