If Senator Fled Cruz, I mean Ted Cruz, swung by his house on Sunday, he would’ve seen the brigade of standing musicians in sombreros, reminding him what he was missing in Mexico.

Somebody hired a mariachi band to swing by Ted’s Houston home yesterday, where the fellas were playing Mexican bangers from the sidewalk, on full blast. A crowd of neighbours, protesters, and spectators forming around them and enjoying the vibes.

It’s unclear if Ted was able to take his front row seats to the show. But we know he has been out and about, helping distribute supplies to Texans devastated by the winter storm, albeit, several days after first going to Cancun with his family.

He tried blaming the whole thing on the will of his daughters, and his desire to be a good dad, even though he left his poor puppy behind to freeze in his cold house. He eventually just owned up to it, calling the whole thing a mistake in hindsight.

The group, Mission NGO, is Italian-based, and fronted by former Miss Italy Valeria Altobelli. She expressed "compassion" for Johnny in the wake of his trial with ex-wife Amber Heard.
