A video trending shows a frustrated Pinkberry employee shutting down a “Karen” by eating her frozen yogurt in her face and throwing her out of the store. It starts amid a disagreement in which “Pinkberry Karen” is upset about her dessert size. Apparently, Karen comes in for a refund every week. This week, the employee finally had enough. The employee tells her the size is determined by weight and that she has received the correct portion. The employee takes back the fro-yo, pulls down their mask, and does the most iconic thing ever: takes a giant bite out of her order. Love that for you.
