The video posted by @dcmoemoe42 on TikTok was taken in Washington, DC on New Hampshire Avenue. The tense video shows an entitled anti-masker in DC putting on chapstick on public transit while 516,000 Americans have died. Ironically, she wouldn’t have had to hold her hand up to her face to keep from being identified, if she had worn a mask. The anti-mask Karen was also seated in a person with disabilities seat.
