Racist Karen’s Public Freakout on Ross manager

The TikTok posted by @maddens.mama received about 1.5 million views and 250,000 likes in one day. She captioned it, “Karen tests my sister the MANAGER. Seek help boo.”

The Karen was at a Ross trying to return a pair of shoes that had already been worn. The store wouldn’t accept them because they were worn out and she absolutely loses her mind.

As she collected her purse and purchases from her shopping cart, the Karen yelled at the manager, accusing her of being the racist one. Even referring to her as a “Black” bee with an itch. But that wasn’t enough because she reentered the store to continue shouting insults before exiting again. The manager’s response was just, “OK, have a nice day.”

Racist Karen’s Public Freakout on Ross managerI’m super impressed with how the manager managed to stay calm during the situation. She clearly kept going because she wanted a reaction out of the girl. I’m happy she didn’t give her one. Black woman excellence. I love the way the manager said “Ok, that doesn’t bother me.” But what I wanna know is: where is the ROSS SECURITY that’s always standing at the door when you walk in? Only if the car at the end drove a little bit faster.
