After being asked if she has been vaccinated against COVID-19, Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene says the question is ‘a violation of her HIPAA rights’.

HIPAA’s rules apply only to sharing information between certain entities, which only include health care providers, health plans and health care clearinghouses.

Invoking HIPAA like you’re pleading the Fifth is so funny. The right against self vaccination. That’s not a HIPAA violation. If I were her nurse and told people her name, the medications I administered, and how many toes she really does have, THAT’S a HIPAA violation.
