White U.S. Marshals Service Officer ASSAULTS handcuffed black man in Jac...
U.S Marshals Service is looking into an incident involving a member of their task force. A Ring camera shows a suspect in handcuffs being either punched or slapped in the face as he walks out of a home in Jackson, Missippi.
The handcuffed person in the video has not been identified, nor has the reason for the arrest. An unidentified witness said, “They drug them, they hit them, and they was handcuffed through this whole ordeal. The way that they came in and how they did them…it’s like they already got on their mind like, ‘they did this; you’re guilty of this.’”
In my opinion, all of them should be charged with assault and battery since they did not arrest the cop who hit him. I can’t imagine what has happened and what continues to happen out of sight of the cameras. For people who say there’s no such thing as systemic racism, this is what it looks like. A white officer, for no reason at all, feels entitled to hit a black man, in handcuffs, in the face. Just to humiliate him.

Sadly, I don’t think you can’t reform this behaviour! The entire system needs to be dismantled and redone. These people have done it for too long without consequences.
