Prince Andrew EXPOSED: PROOF 'you can't sweat!' | Ghislaine Maxwell Case

EXPOSING Predator Prince Andrews | Ghislaine Maxwell Case, please subscribe and ring the bell so you NEVER miss a video!

As we know now, Ghislaine Maxwell is facing 65 years in prison after she was found GUILTY of 5 of the 6 charges in the child trafficking case.

Virginia Giuffre is pursuing a civl lawsuit against Prince Andrew expect to take place in Fall 2022, and the verdict in the Ghislaine Maxwell case bodes well for her cause. The standard of proof for a civil lawsuit is lower than it is a criminal case, and that’s not looking good for Virginia.

Giuffre is one of Epstein’s child trafficking victims who was introduced to the predator at Donald Trump’s Mar-a-lago, filed in August for infliction of emotional distress and battery. Giuffre claims she was forced to have s with the Duke three times in 2001 at Epstein's command. Prince Andrew strenuously denies the allegations. (Source)

Prince Andrew is being treated as the black sheep of the family. PRINCE Andrew was holed up alone in Windsor last night after pal Ghislaine Maxwell was convicted of sex trafficking — and his family left for a ski holiday. (Source)

Prince Andrew's lawyers were locked in emergency talks last night following the conviction of his pal Ghislaine Maxwell as they considered calling on one of her victims to help him in his US civil case brought up against him by Virginia Giuffre. Criminal case standard of proof is higher than in civil cases. (Source)

Prince Andrew has denied Giuffre's allegations and claims he has no memory of meeting her, even though he's been photographed with her and Maxwell in 2001. (He has baselessly argued that the photo is fake.)  (Source)

Virginia said that the night the event took place, Prince Andrew was sweating profusely. Prince Andrew rebutted famously that he doesn’t sweat, and now Virginia’s lawsuit asks him to prove that. (Source)

After this disastrous BBC interview, Andrew was forced to give up his duties as a working member of the royal family after a disastrous 2019 interview with the BBC that only increased public concern about his ties to Epstein and Maxwell.

He argues:

1) Andrew initially denied that he had been legally served with court papers notifying him of the lawsuit. A judge in the UK is allowing Virginia Giuffre, the woman who accused Prince Andrew of sexual abuse, to serve him with a lawsuit after the royal claimed he didn't receive it properly the first time. * He also lawyered up with Armie Hammer (Source)

2) A secret settlement protects Prince Andrew from the case in 2009. This settlement will be released publicly next week. (Source)

3) That she was 17 at the time and that it’s the age of consent in New York Law. (Source)

4) The suit wasn't properly served to him according to UK law, because she lives in Australia and can’t sue. Claiming she doesn't have the jurisdiction to file her lawsuit in US courts because she lives in Australia.

5) Giuffre recruited girls for Epstein to sexually abuse. The woman, known in court as 'Carolyn', revealed that it was not the Brit who recruited her but Giuffre. (Source)

If his lawyers are unsuccessful, or the case is not settled, the royal could face a trial date between September and December 2022.

“I hope that today is not the end but rather another step in justice being served. Maxwell did not act alone. Others must be held accountable. I have faith that they will be.”

The woman who could hold the key to sex claims against Prince Andrew: Ex-student 'who saw royal with his accuser Virginia Roberts in NY mansion' is found working just miles from Epstein's Palm Beach House of Sin
