Two teenage girls are facing felony murder charges after carjacking an   Uber Eats   vehicle with the driver inside and then crashing it, resulting in the death of the Uber driver. Police in Boulder, Colorado, reported an “active shooter” at a grocery store on Monday that left seven people dead.
